Jesse Goldsmith has helped many small businesses (from General Contractors to Bed and Breakfasts) get their back office functions organized and streamlined - from managing A/R and A/P, creating and tracking budget to actuals, setting up payroll and managing HR functions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, creating various policies, Jesse has the experience and knowledge to take over many administrative functions, giving you time back to run your business.
Jesse lives in Wheat Ridge, Colorado and provides services both locally and remotely thru QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, ADP and other cloud based services. He received a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Montana. When not helping small business owners, he enjoys skiing, gardening, biking, cooking and playing with his kids and dog.
Fees
I provide no cost, no obligation consultations. If we decide to work together, I provide a reasonable hourly rate initially while I learn your business and needs, and then move to a flat monthly fee so you can budget and freely shop around. Monthly fees typically range from $250 up to $1000+, based on the number of transactions, bank accounts/credit cards, payroll periods, number of vendor payments and customer deposits.
